Question about carry (open or concealed) on city bus....

Clarification of recently passed legislation
imported post While HB4490, 4491, and SB370 take effect immediatly, the bills, in my opinion, do not actually become effective for 180 days. From what I believe anyways, the act takes immediate effect but also says it takes effect 180 days after enacted. So what does this mean? -
