    Traveling to Oregon, Non-Resident, am I able to open-carry?

    Just wondering if I'm able to send my Guns to an FFL dealer (so ATF/TSA don't take my guns) and walk around in Oregon OC'ing. I read there is a statute that say's no guns can be loaded unless you have a CHP in Oregon. Just looking for some clarification as a non-resident staying temporarily.
