Does Having a Gun Make a Person Suspicious? Courts Aren’t Sure Now. NYT H/T John Wesley Hall

Did I read your statement correct in that there are only 3 states with Constitutional Carry? If so, I currently live in a CC state of Arizona.

Does Having a Gun Make a Person Suspicious? Courts Aren’t Sure Now. NYT H/T John Wesley Hall

Like I already suggested, I have the means and capability to host another site just like this. Even if it means taking members from here.

    Carrying weapons in Post Offices

It certainly wouldn't take very much to setup another forum similar to this one. I already have a license for this version of forum software. I just need a reason to use it.

    Places to shoot near Tucson?

There aren't a whole lot of stores that post the BAN poster on them. Walmart on Broadway/El Con, has a sign that ASK's, not to open carry. I sometimes over reach a shelf and it becomes OC. LOL There is an app that actually keeps track of what business's forbid carrying. I'll remember it...

    Places to shoot near Tucson?

I've only been to 2 stores here in town. 2nd Amendment(now called Turners) and Diamonback(sp). No complaints with either. I think Turners does vet discount. If you have a CCP, transfer it to AZ, you literally walk into gun store and walk right out with new toy. If you don't have one, you will...

I didn't know the 1st amendment allowed you the protection of 'not' speaking.

ARS 13-3102(A)1(b) and the 5th Amendment

Ok, we are getting somewhere, but I don't see how the 1st plays into this. And you raised a question I also forgot to ask.. "..failing to accurately answer the officer..." What does that even mean? It's a yes/no answer, but leaves room for argument. Arizona IS a constitutional carry state, why...

ARS 13-3102(A)1(b) and the 5th Amendment

I don't see how this is considered constitutional if it violates my protection to self-incrimination. Can you elaborate your reasoning?

Federal appeals courts says that open carry does not provide "reasonable suspicion"

I can fix this issue.. I can just, open my own forum, where like, there will be staff that does things to prevent this, or at least clean it up on a daily basis.
