--snip--

i would show you a real belt buckle pistol, but I cant get photobucket to work right..
you may have seen it before,, a rusty brown Tanfoglio GT380 in a machine holder, carried where the buckle would be, but
the real belt buckle is off to the side at the 10 Oclock position,,, sooo its not a buckle...

This one below is a real belt buckel AND a real gun. It is of a "deceptive" nature and would require a CHP in Va.

So is this one deceptive.

Yep and the "Tuck" refers to tucking your jacket behind the gun. It doesn't matter if it's an IWB or OWB holster.
Grapeshot and I have discussed having a jacket altered with a slit down the right side to eliminate the need to "Tuck".

My Outback vest has that slit, on either side. I'm having to do the Virginia Tuck all the time at the moment, because I'm waiting for my CHP renewal. From Fairfax. And waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I bet it's already been signed by the judge, and will be postmarked exactly on the 45-day mark.

Oh...You had that idea at some point.
I just thought of it the other day while I was reviewing how I invented printer ink.
You can't expect me to go through all the winter notes I have.:p

The reason these private jokes are so terrible is because everybody else just stares at you as if you are a raving lunatic for laughing so hard you fall off the ATV.

I'm gonna get you for that one, Peter Nap!

stay safe.

lol .
In Virginia, the belt buckel pistol is of a "deceptive appearance as to disguise the weapon's true nature" and would require a CHP to be legal.

not much disguise here. oc.
