The Libertarian Party of KS will sue for civil rights violations, in weeks not months, Prairie Village, KS for completely banning the open carrying of a loaded firearm on property open to the public.

Thus denying its citizens the God given-Natural right of self-defense.

If you would like to donate to our legal fund to help overturn open carry bans anywhere in Kansas we would be grateful.

The case was completely dismissed. We are still reviewing the dismissal order so this email will be short.

I can tell everyone we will be back in court very soon with local people from the KC area.

Thank you for everyone’s support! This fight has just begun.

I laughed when I read the comment "A bunch of extremist". Seriously when your exercising your damn rights how does that make you an evil person!?!? Banning OC loaded firearms was stupid in the first place, if we can't OC loaded then neither can the cops!
