Thanks!

KAAB (local Fox channel) also covered the story but did a phone-in-your-opinion thing instead. They aired some differing opinions but stated that the majority favored this proposal. :D

On KSAT, when covering the story, they made a point of showing their "No firearms allowed on our [KSAT] property" sign. That'll keep the bad guys out then!

That sign won't stop a CHL from bringing his handgun onto their property and building. That is not the correct sign and holds no merit in the eyes of the law.

Of course, that's actually a good thing for KSAT. :D

Okay...I voted. It's 72% for and28% against at this point.

Well, with Perry being so inclined ("carry anywhere"), it seems that the time is right to push for OC...who knows who the next governor will be and what he/she will do re: the RKBA and exercisingof one'sright of self-defense.

I suppose, however, it'll be a bit hard on my gun OC-ingand getting wetdoing some surf fishingdown in Galveston....the salt water and what not. ;-)

Maybe ... but there's nothing scarier than seeing someone trying to conceal carry in their swim trunks! Yikes!

You are absolutely right, however, cloudcroft - the time is right now! TCDL has been encouraging everyone to write and/or call theGov. and their reps. I've written my letters to Gov. Perry, et al. And I know other TCDL members have as well. We are moving forward.

Gary Williams, President TCDL
