Had Ed on with his VCDL presentation, the CBS shooter in the classroom.

While I'm on it, I think that 'shooter in the classroom' thing is spurious. Take those same students and train them up, teach them how to OC their HG and how to get cover before returning fire and THEN send that guy in the room. I think it would be TOTALLY different.

Now you can't train every scenario, but you gotta give people SOME training to overcome their chaotic flight or fight responses.

The CBS video is not showing that having a HG in the classroom is bad they're showing what every Marine knows - you train the scenario and then you go in and use your reflexes.
