My oh my! How I wished that had happened to me. I would have loved to been able to really ruin his night by comparing his ID card to mine....;)

I would have loved to of been a fly on the wall if this happened to you, it would have been great to see his reaction, especially since you are a couple "steps" above a "butter bar":celebrate

Almost makes you wonder if they thought they were in Maryland , the (Gun) Free State
.

Whenever someone says that our military would never help the socialists disarm the populace, I think of guys like this and I worry how many like him are out there.

My thoughts when to, what if he would have taken the law into his own hands and tried and disarm you. You would have had to defend yourself.

We have a new police officer in our borough who is an exMarine. He is arrogant as hell; even the Chief said he has his hands full with him. It's ashame because I have nothing but admiration & appreciation for our military

On second thought, I'd like to go that route that way my complaint is made, and they can persue it if they want. What's the procedure I should do? How do I find the local JAG office? I've never made a complaint against the military before.

I agree with the sentiment, but I have to believe without a name or rank, you're going to be in a tough position. There are gazillions of places in the area a Marine could work, and the likelihood of the military being able to do anything is very, very slim.

They can and should, however, make it a part of their ongoing education programs ... at Commanders' Calls and the like...if they will.

If he called 911 on his cell phone the police will have his phone number. If they have the number, they will be able to identify him. If the JAG is conducting an investigation they will be able to identifyhim throughthepolice and he will be toast.

Know what you mean. I once told a guy on an Italian train that I was from Texas, and he asked if I knew his friend...

I said "No, but do know my friend named Sean? He's in Germany..."

People are strange...
