Not really OC related but though some would benefit from the info

For those who haven't heard Senate Bill 245 eliminates current law prohibiting sale and possession of spring-assisted knives, also known as switchblades. The law becomes active today. So break out your switchblades :)

DAOTF (Double Action Out The Front) knives also become legal as long as they are not double bladed. Single bladed butterfly knives are also legal. Double bladed knives, Dirks, stilettos and daggers are still illegal and are a no go.

"God created man, Sam Colt made them equal."

The Rt. Rev. John Moses Browning made them more equal.

Preemption and dagger legalization. It needs to be next.

Being in AZ now I already have both here , and carry two daggers daily. ;)

I wish you guys well in continued efforts to fix the non gun laws.

Do you mean double bladed as in having 2 separate blades that have a sharp edge (side by side or a blade on each end) or is it double edged as in one blade with a sharp edge on each side?

I'm thinking double edged as opposed to double blades. Please advise.

Well, I went out and bought myself a birthday present. Thus far this Microtech rocks. Lifetime guarantee how can you go wrong? No I didn't get it from the BladeHQ link listed below, bought it from a local dealer at a much better price. The link is a good source for the info about it.

Glad that you got it at a better price.

I am loathe to carry an expensive knife. Would hurt too much if it were lost. I have several such safe queens.

I have a spring assist at a very reasonable price off of Amazon. Sharp, and sturdy a bargain at 8 bucks. Draw back is it is made in China, but most production knifes are made overseas these days, including the expensive ones.

Nice looking knife.

Found the same knife at WildBill Wholesale for $3.99 + $3.95 First Class Mail shipping - total $7.94.
3 1/2" long blade.

How long have you been carrying and using this knife? - Goes to issue of durability.
