It seems to me, we all need to stop, take a deep breath, and maybe take a step back. We seem to be on the verge of "eating our own" here.

Do I disagree with some of the actions that have happened lately? Yes. Does that make all of them illegal? No. I know others agree with me, to one degree or another, and others disagree.

But we have to stop the back and forth. The owners of this site and forum have already stated their purpose is to support the lawful open carry of properly holstered handguns.

I'm not saying they're right or wrong. But, this is their website and forum. And all this bickering going on, between us, does the movement no good.

We need to get back on the main topic, and that relates to OCing handguns. I believe someone else already mentioned another site that might be more open to the discussion of OCing long arms. Perhaps those who want to do so, should visit that site.

I just don't want to see people get so ticked at one another that things fall completely apart.

We need to stick together on this, not be at each others' throat, just because we may disagree on something. Surely there's room for disagreement, but not when it gets to the point of pushing people to leave.

I agree, bickering will do us no good. That is why I have made no comments/remarks about THE incident. I have my thoughts on the situation, but am not going to add fuel to the fire.

All things considered, I wish I'd broken my fingers before I typed some of my responses.

That is why I suggested that any whom wish to discuss things not acceptable on this site to visit USAcarry.com. I think it would help to quell the violence over here.

I agree, but some of us are very stubborn. :) Maybe now, I hope, things might calm down. I guess we'll see in time.
