I talked to someone about this today, He asked me if the guy ever admitted being wrong. Now that I think about it he didn't verbally admit he was wrong or that oc is in fact legal. Hmmm.......

If a law enforcement officer harassed me in any way while I was legally carrying a firearm in public I would get the name of the offending officer and contact his boss and make sure that I got the problem resolved so that I would not be harassed again in the future.

His actions clearly showed he knew he was in the wrong. But to get most cops to admit it, not likely. The ones that do are the ones that earn my respect.

Not to derail the thread, But I've always thought that many of our place names were based on Indian names rather than Cajun. Ex. ---->Baton Rouge= Red Stick, and Calcasiue(Quelcasieu)= Crying Eagle.
