Great Job, and hopefully you will have others show up on the behalf of the City coming into compliance with State Law.

I was hoping my schedule would work out for the better, but it appears I'll be missing tonight's meeting. If that changes, it'll be last minute.

The City Council voted to strike down their Ordinance 12.12.30 where it prohibited firearms in parks. So 5 days after it is published the new Ordinance will be in effect. The will also review their 2 other Ordinances that are in violation. Thank you guys so much for your help, I couldn't have done it without you all.

One should note that according to state law, the ordinace was REPEALED long ago. All this vote did was remove the ink from the books.

I wish I would have read about this meeting a few days ago, I would have made it there. It's good to see something was done about it. Nice Job.

I am new to these forums but I will definetly be watching them more often. Keep me posted if anything like this comes up again. Im always up for a challenge.

Outstanding!

I am thinking that as we progress this same issue with Pierce County Parks and Trails, we can use these examples of review and change by local gov't to support the decision we hope to guide them to.
