Your welcome. My friend Carrie was in the Article. The going to "Starbucks" was the authors embellishment.. maybe the other girls went but Carrie said no as this was right after Starbucks said they wanted to stay out of the fight and gun owners agreed.

...but this open carry thing
bothers me. I go to Starbucks every day
and I don’t feel safe if I see someone carry-
ing a gun. I don’t know if that person’s a
good or a bad person, or a well-intentioned
person who’s just having a bad day...
Those always make me laugh haha. So you are completely fine with the fact there are good people and bad people that walk around with them not in the open? You feel safer then?
"Began in Virginia 'a decade' ago?"
I think the author needs to revise that by about 380 years.
CCThere are times when CC is best but mostly OC needs to be brought to the forefront. I don't believe there was any mention during"the right to keep and bear arms" stated HOW to bear them.
Yeah, but Jesus said sword! He wouldn't be for guns in this day and age! Blah blah blah.
."These words of Jesus Christ to His disciples must be taken literally as it meant protection and self defence from not only wild beasts, but also from robbers that filled Judea, which if they found them unprotected, would not hesitate to take their posessions and their lives."
That's one of the key anti-rights arguments, that the 2A only applies to flintlocks or whatever. And, 'Blah blah blah to you!'

My comment was a parody.

His intent was for a sword to be used in self-defense. In those days, a sword was deadly.
We carry deadly firearms for self-defense.
I'm not seeing a difference...
