arrested for illegal carrying of a weapon without even haveing my gun on me help

i plead not guilty got my police report and he wrote that i had it concealed the whole time and tossed it in my truck before he got to me. again he said i had it concealed but a " unidentified white male" told him i had it and he broke up a fight between me and a "black male" i supposedly had it wit me while he made the encounter with me i go back in sept. getting a lawyer.
