i spoke with quite a few dealers at the last show in Richmond and they all said the same thing about delays, that the state police were missing alot of people that do the checks. Greentop said the same thing.

I do try to purchase during the week for this reason its usually alot quicker, i can be in and out in about 35 or 40 minutes.
