can u shoot a man for killing your dog?

If a BG were to shoot my dog, it would be an unprovoked attack that I assume would be to take out my guard dog to get to me or my family... our dog - as sweet as she is in normal situations does not take to kindly to "shady" individuals. Its amazing how keen she is on judging character...

This is the last thing the BG would see if she were to attack our family... (yep thats our GSD Juno btw)
