We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Hmm... I think I'd rather have a letter, if not adecision,written by a state or presiding federal judge explaining under what circumstances unlawful detention or arrest is under state and federal law.
Better yet, a business card that says on one side:
Open carry is lawful under the following federal, state, and local statues (listed)
...and on the other:
Detention or arrest by a peace officer is unlawful under the following federal, state, and local statues (listed).
It'd be nice if the second side required really fine print to so as to list them all...
