Based on the e-mail just received from AZCDL...looks like we are back in play! Although I am a bit confused by the flip flop'n, I am happy people are seeing the light.

I'll repost the AzCDL alert here in a few minutes. What puts the bill back in play is all the sausage making stuff that thepurists disdain. After 5 years at this, we know how to play their game and we're damn good at it
