It is a shame that it took this long for the City Attorney to acknowledge that there was nothing to support this loitering charge.

Got a PDF of the court order today - it is recorded as dismissed.
The previous problem with the court recording that I pled "no contest" is explained as a clerical error.
ETA: Fri. 05OCT I got a letter from the court, sent Mon. 01OCT, saying I was guilty & owe the $171.
I'm suspecting there will be a letter tomorrow or Mon. correcting the problem.
It shows up correctly online.
