I sent Starbucks the following message this morning via the comment form on their website.
"Thank you for allowing your stores to follow state laws regarding the carrying of firearms by law abiding citizens. I have learned that there is a petition by the Brady Center trying to pressure you to change this policy. Please resist this effort because the right to keep and bear arms is one of our most fundamental civil rights. If your current policy concerning the legal possesion of firearms stays in place I will be a customer for life. Thanks again and best wishes for the future."
It probably wouldn't hurt for them to get an influx of positive comments regarding their current policy and an up tick in sales. I plan to take a group to as many of our local stores as I can and fill out a comment card at each one.
