David Sarti seems quite level-headed. His doctor is apparently a flaming idiot. I had a doctor like that during the last few years in the military.
I fired him. That's difficult to do when the doctor outranks you, but I simply refused, in writing, any and all care if he were involved in the care.
Now, I'm retired! He's still an idiot.
