The NRA sent me a notice about the version voted out. If they are correct, (always a question) the amendment "permits" restaurants to have wait staff ask about carry status if ordering alcohol (doesn't require it) but doesn't say that the customer has any requirement to answer.

Much less answer honestly, I'd imagine. Talk about pointless-just another feelgood law that actually does absolutely nothing.
