Got a robo-call from Gun Owners of America tonight stating that HB 1160 had passed both houses and was sitting on the Governor's desk, but that he wasn't wanting to sign it. They are asking folks to call the Governor and ask him to sign it.
But the current history doesn't seem to indicate that the bill is there yet. What's the scoop?
