I too own the Hi Point C9 pistol... the mags needed tweaking and the feedramp poished but once that was done it eats anything I throw at it... and I can hold 2 inch groups at 40 yards so I can't fault the guns accuracy.

You know why they used the Hi-Point?

Because they could get their hands on it. It was available. If the gun that was available was a Colt AR-15, would you be bringing it up? Or are you just using the antis favorite logic, blame the gun?

It was a stolen firearm... luck of the draw.. I am sure if they would have found an AR they would have used it.
