it looks like the op case will not be the one making it to the scotus, but macdonald v city of chicago IS going to be heard by the court.

This is very very exciting! It seems that the court will have to incorporate the 2nd amendment. It is possible that they could choose not to, but it just doesn't seem likely.

Things are moving in the right direction if you ask me!

the heller decision stated that "individuals have the right to keep and bear arms"

now the macdonald case will force the states to respect the right of individuals to keep and bear arms

Next, we need a case that challenges the word "infringed"
