Regarding Red Lobster and other businesses: Many have a requirement for employees of NON possession on company property yet they allow their customers to lawfully carry. At times this dicotomy does cause confusion amongst the employees/managers as they bring out and spout the employee "standards" when dealing with customers.

Don't know if this is the case with Red Lobster or in this situation, just posting a possibility.

BTW, I've carried multiple times in my local RED LOBSTER without difficulty of any kind!

Obviously, you didn't read the OP. This man is an employee of Red Lobster and employees can not be prohibited from keeping a gun in their car on the employers property by Ky. state law.

Actually, sir, I did read the OP several days ago, and I'd forgotten that detail. Thanks so much for your gentle observation on this. BTW--- the Laws in my OWN State of residence are SIMILAR to those in Kentucky on this matter.

Another BTW: I intially was taking offence at your font size choice and it being bolded, but after reviewing many of you past posts I see this is the way you choose to post.
