And don't forget the catch all "OBSTRUCTION".

So... under threat of being arrested for "disorderly conduct" or "obstruction" we are NOT to exercise our Article 1, Section 11, Nevada Constitution and our 2nd Amendment, U.S. Constitution RIGHTS? The POLICE STATE is here folks... the more reason to LAWFULLY OC wherever and whenever, and challenge any spurious charges that might result. Really... what's the point of being "active" in the OC movement if one cowers to the threat of being charged and prosecuted for some spurious and unrelated charges? I guess each of us has to answer that question based upon or station in life.

And if arrested, what Nevada/County/City statute would you be prosecuted under? If there is NO law/ordinance/code prohibiting your conduct, just what would be your crime?
Exactly! State law pre-empts city and county law and says the yokels may not regulate possession of firearms. Any local law would be null and void. I don't know about Vegas re the NHP building, but I know Sparks has no local laws re the courthouse and police buildings.

I assume they would first seize an OCer, as Dave was seized in his video. Then they would make felony coercion threats, as happened to Felid Maximus at the Washoe sheriff. Then they would make an arrest. If they are really stupid, they would arrest for concealed carry. If they have two working brain cells and/or talked to a city attorney or district attorney, they would realize they would have to invent something like obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, or trespassing. (I think trespassing was the threat at Washoe sheriff.) Trespassing in a public building, give me a break. Trespassing in a public building that is by statute open to the public and for which you are compelled to appear (court)? Good luck!
