I'm watching how this goes down guys since we have a similar issue here in Lynchburg, with the city owning the ballpark that the Hillcats play in. I'm still unsure of the city's ownership in the team though and not certain how to go forth and find out the info.

Last week the Lynchburg Baseball Corporation (which owns the Hillcats) reached a tentative agreement with the Atlanta Braves to sell the team.

From what I can find, it appears that Mandalay Entertainment Group owns the Hillcats as the entity Lynchburg Baseball Corp.
