Open Carry while getting hair cut

Okay, the attorney at Rick's CPL class said that open carry is illegal if your feet are not on the ground. An example he used was a pogo stick is not legal to OC on.

He said this is from a new msp update I think, and the law about "in a vehicle" is old.

I sent an e-mail to the chef of police in white lake and this OS the reply I received from him about OCing on a bike.

I wouldnt push it too far. Personally, I wouldnt even drive a car in white lake, gun or not.

I didnt mean to imply anything. Davisburg falls under the OCSD, and they have been very good with only a couple exceptions. Im afraid to even drive through white lake, like clarkston before the department got sh!+canned, its one of the places that I avoid.
