No they don't. Observation is probable cause to detain. If asked for your CCW and you can't produce it... You get arrested and frisked.

If you have problems with OCDO... delete your account. Real simple.
It goes without saying that I don't plan on shop lifting while conceal carrying, so unless they are lieing they will need that warrant.

BTW you if don't like my posts YOU can delete YOUR account even simpler.
You obviously have no idea what a warrent is or how it is obtained. Fly lately? See any warrents in the hands of TSA? Private security on the owners premises can stop and frisk you on observation alone... and do. You need an attitude check... :) and a tinfoil hat.
Tin foil hat? You need to take your alzheimers meds we are talking about going into a Bass Pro shop remember grandpa?

Boy... you don't know me... and if you did... you'd have to good sense to remain quiet and pay attention. Among other things... I'm a former cop. I have done those things you only 'think you know and a few more you don't even suspect. Now... wannabe an E-Thug 'n a Sea Lawyer... be my guest. You might want to take a remedialreading comprehension course... 'cause you blew it. 'Bothers me that punks also carry guns... but I've been doin' it a lot longer.

That strategy will never get us anywhere as they will just pass 10 more laws and then we will be begging again for laws to counteract the 10 they just passed.

That's the theory, but what's the practice?

In New Hampshire, a first-term Democrat representative introduced a bill to ban possession of handguns in the State House and Legislative Office Building in the most recent session, in direct contravention of Article 2-a of our Constitution.

The bill was crushed by a 400-something to 20 margin in the House, and said legislator suffered a decisive defeat in her Democrat primary a few weeks ago and is no longer an incumbent. Out on her butt, in other words, with skid-marks trailing behind her.

Don't underestimate your own strength and the moral superiority of the fundamental human right of self-defense.

Yes it works in isolated cases but we need to do more than swatting at each unconstitutional attempt. Charging her with treason would do wonders at keeping other sycophants from attempting the same.

Well, then you'd have to find a prosecutor and judge in the old-boys network willing to go after her for violating her oath of office. Fat chance.

Anti-gun politicians, by and large, crave power. Why else would they seek to deprive others of power, if not? And an 80% margin of defeat, stripping her of that power, sends almost as resounding a message to power-hungry gun-grabbers as a prosecution would, and they can't whip up media hysteria about a "politically-motivated" prosecution, as they would characterize it.

Ahh... the whole, FEMA is the shadow government... concentration camps are already in place... the secret codes on the back of road signs telling the military troops which turns to take because they'll be driving against the flow of traffic... the anthrax vacinations for emergency personnel...

Put your tinfoil hat back on. You have a message from the mother ship.

Why is it that people that lack the mental capacity to argue the merits of a point alway resort to ad hominem attacks?

You should be on a debating club with your skills of persuasion.

And you should be in a mental hospital getting treatment for paraniod delusions.

Last thing I have to say about that.

The topic has been resolved has it not? BPS is not anti OC.
