I watched your video, and here is what I get:

nothing more than pointless politicking. Obama has plainly stated that he doesn't agree with the idea of law abiding citizens legally armed.

"common sense measures"- any time a D.C. crook ( democrat or republican starts talking "common sense" you'd better start worrying



as far as a "system" for protecting law abiding gun owners from criminals, many states are having some luck with this little thing called castle doctrine. punishing law abiding gun owners, the ones who will actually follow rules set forth, for the actions of criminals, who by definition break laws, makes no more common sense than tits on a boar.
