It looks like he plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge.

The upside is that it looks like he was offered a scholarship to Liberty University and the offer still stands even after pleading guilty

I wish this young man well and feel that he should be punished no further (shouldn't have been punished at all really) as there was not intent to cause any harm.
