I would imagine that if you're ordered off private property by a manager, it doesn't matter if it's not posted or not against corporate policy. He's acting as an agent of the company at that time. With that said, I would think you could get him in trouble/fired later with his superiors if he acted inappropriately.

Agent... that's the word I was tryin' to think of. Yeah... absolutely right.
