Are there regular (or even semi regular) competitions in Utah?

How do I find out about them?

I would love to get into that -- I am not very good, but I think it would be a great experience.

The Utah State Rifle & Pistol Association hosts many NRA & CMP shoots in Northern and Southern Utah.

My only complaint is that there is not a single range in Central Utah where they do any of these shoots. I'd love to do some CMP shoots & be eligible to buy a CMP rifle, but it's just not worth driving that far to do it.:cuss:

im thinkin of gettin a .22 LR revolver for target shootin, so i can try out the western action shooting.

im too good at aiming, they have to bring kryptonite to weaken my accuracy whenever i shoot for competition ;)
