Not really. Their "constitutional" carry law has many prohibited places. This is not what constitutional carry is about. They made it illegal to carry and engage in the political process. I guess the Wyoming legislators have reason to fear their (armed) constituents.I'm glad Wyoming "gets it".

That's not entirely accurate. The restriction on certain places where concealed carry is prohibited was already a part of the law, before concealed carry without a permit passed.
There is not now and has not been a prohibition of carrying OPENLY while engaging in the political process. I myself have witnessed this before. For example, you may not carry concealed into a town council meeting, but you may carry openly. It may generate questions, but it is legal, and most town councils and county commissioners are familiar with the law.
Yes, I have done so personally on several occasions; the latest being this last Thursday in Cheyenne.I know concealed carry into a police station is illegal, but is open carry into a police station legal?

Maybe it is just me, but I will not criticize foreword progress. Laws can be amended. I understand the general public's apprehension to the new constitutional carry laws. So if we strap on a good attitude, good facts, and a smile, along with our sidearm, we can be the people that change the attitudes of the "un-informed. I have spoken to many "California types" and had them seeing the whole picture by the time the conversation was over. Smile and teach. You will be amazed how many people will support you.
A free man should be able to carry ANYWHERE he desires to go. I see no exceptions at all.For some people... the glass will forever remain half full no matter what. Carrying in a police station? Really? Why? For what possible purpose? It's no wonder the anti's consider us goofs with this sort of nonsense coming from the depths of mommys basement. Constitutional Carry... no permit. That's not enough?

Not talking about private property. PRIVATE owners may do as they wish.Perhaps because other free men have the option and right of limiting/barring weapons on their own or public properties? Seriously... not all rights are absolute at all times in all places. Common sense and moderation = Responsibility.
When you get Constitutional Carry in GA... let us know how that works out for ya.

The police (public servant employee) should have no problem when their master (the boss, employer/ we the PEOPLE) walk into the station armed! the servant should always fear the master, NEVER the other way around.
