It may have been that particular guy. I saw three people there that I see EVERY week I go shopping; none of them said a thing. It wasn't until I made it to the checkout that this guy walked up to me. He didn't even introduce himself as a manager, so I don't know... I should mention your story though.

Thanks for the follow up on the management and their policies. I am still waiting to hear back from the regional manager.
