Troy Firearms Ordinances

there are court offices IN the city of troy building. however, there is no security or signage that weapons are banned or anything of that nature. does anyone have a cite for the michigan court order that bans firearms from court buildings. i've heard discussion that in order for that to happen there has to be some sort of emergency plan or something of that nature. my google searches are coming up empty on this. i'm trying to arm myself with knowledge... just in case.
