I'm afraid one of these wonderful looking integral models would be a no go for my state (for the Ruger at least). I believe the barrel/receiver is the registered firearm for the Mk series. If only I didn't live in Washington (Suppressors being legal to own, but illegal to "use" i.e. attach).
That's certainly one mark (no pun intended) in favor of the Browning.
