Now everyone repeat after me "IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE" Why are there some things an adult official can't understand, when a 14 yr old can? Oh probably because typically the 14yr olds haven't developed the bias' that adults have.

I guess I'm rather confused. The Brookfield lawsuit for MKEGal is cruising along but there has been no activity since 6/3/10 for the GFSZ suit.

IANAL but has the ball been dropped? I would assume not but I don't know why 2 cases filed in the same court district are proceeding at VASTLY different rates.

Hopefully someone can help me out.

But that is the thing, no action since 6/3/10. There can be behind the scene negotiations I suppose but no papers filed, no hearings, nothing.

I know there was an intent by WCI to slow the process down waiting for the McDonald decision, but now that has passed, I don't know. I have no idea how these things work. I am not versed in the lawsuit process.
