my point was, MI has no need for incorporation of the 2'nd. although it would be nice.

don't need SCOTUS

need SCOMI to do their jobs
need legislators to do their jobs
need police to limit themselves to their jobs
need prosecutors to stop attempting to write the laws in a courtroom
