make sure you dont read this in the dark ladies its gunna make you cringe a little. do that to your 1911 then we will talk.
That is not the way it works here, YOU make a claim YOU back it up, otherwise you have zero credibility. Don't worry you don't have to pay for a search.
*Yawn*
Old as the internet.
you havnt back up any of you claims. you just insult. i gave the link to the guy why shot himself with a leather holster and you have done nothing but complain and bicker without back any of it up. and i just posted another link for ya. it just goes to show how lazy you are. so will you beable to read to other link i provided or do i need to put it on youtube in dialog form?
yawn yeah thats what i though no come back.
I'm sorry, I didn't realize you needed a comeback to keep you going.
BTW, I never said your Glawk wasn't reliable. In fact, I never said anything bad about your Glawk at all. I merely observed that, in the South, everything rusts.
Obvious troll is obvious.
I have not complained about anything, poked fun at you yes. If you actually own a glock and not a orange tipped one, then you know that the trigger will not fire the weapon unless the safety part of the trigger is depressed, and the photos from the outrageous claim that the holster pulled the trigger are just that claims. Honestly I don't care if you carry a cheap holster, just be honest about it. Other than that I have made no claims other than the quality of leather, it is what motorcycle riders and racers prefer, it is what the masters of handguns have used for generations. There is a reason it is expensive, and plastic is cheap, you shouldn't be ashamed of using cheap holsters. I can also give you a link of a man who shot himself ON VIDEO with a cheap plastic holster. Ya know what? It was not the holsters fault or the gun, it was his, just like in the bogus case you claimed.
I believe he was the one who brought up rusting 1911's, I hope he knows that some Glock owners are proud enough of their guns to 1)Take care of them. 2)Show them off in a well crafted leather holster. Unless their Glocks have orange tips...
that leather folded far enough in to disengage the trigger saftey. and how was the link i provided bogus? sounds like the truth is hard to hear for you. but whatever i guess. good luck with your horsehide.
i just use my guns as guns and they get cleaned after every range use. but im not afraid of it getting dirty.
Prove it!
Just like other gun users do~~imagine that! So you admit you clean your gun just like a 1911 user does. LOL
are you serious? i did with my link
I don't like it, but it is not for me, it is for you. There would be some advantages to that type of holster. Ease of draw in a vehicle, open carry with a coat without removing coat. But make sure full flap in your state is still considered open carry.Look, I've heard of cases where the hard plastic Surpa could cause, has cased an accedental firing. something to do with the release button on the side. I don't think it would effect a revolver the same unless it was cocked, and for all I know the gun used was cocked. Having a gun, any gun cocked in a holster is something I never do.
Really, the bickering isn't nessesary. I'm just glad to have so many choices in materals. All it really is is prefrence, and I'm sure all materals have their up and down sides.
Now here is what I'm currently looking at on eBay,
Right Hand DROP LEG FLAP Holster SMITH & WESSON J Frame 3" barrel . #190590180444 . size 10-3
Any thoughts?
No you didn't, you proved a dufus made a claim, but he screwed up, that is it. Where is the video of this event? Or a police report that documents the holster pulled the trigger?
I saw the story and photos that actually prove his claim is a lie. Somebody would have to blind and a tad lacking to believe that story. 1) Trigger guard is wider than trigger. Must clear leather to be inserted into holster. 2) wear on the holster clearly matches the the frame and lines of the gun indicating it is fully inserted. And the leather comes no where near at that point of pulling the trigger. Not to mention it does not come in far enough to trigger the safety.
So in summary the trigger guard has to push the leather out for the gun to be inserted, and the only way for the leather to be pushed back in while holstering is (drum roll) the BOOGER FINGER. The story is a absolute lie, and repeating over and over again is not going to make any less of a lie, any intelligent person can see it is a lie.
So unless you can cough up a video of the actual incident you have not proved jack, except that you bought a bogus story hook, line, and sinker. So much for your credibility on holsters or anything else.
