I feel so bad for the poor babies in the lower courts!

They have to ignore NYSRPA v Bruen entirely, or twist it like a pretzel (Bevis v. City of Naperville) in order to thwart acknowledgement of what the USSC has made crystal clear.

"Turmoil" my a$$.
