Considering the rising Muslim population in this Country that isn't supporting the "Jihadists" it was probably a wise move to give his body this consideration. Our military has Muslim Chaplin's as well as for all the other faiths. Not all that hard to have one available, especially on a Carrier.

BTW, those "Islamic" traditions are no different than "Jewish" traditions. They both have the same origin.

I am part jewish but practice Amercian tradition since that is where I was born and live...

I hope you didn't mistake me for a SEAL through my posts.

My bad again I see. I though I saw ownership attached in
They were even more impressive when I saw my first, in person, before Wikipedia was even "born".

I tell you I was in 24 years and applying to BUDS never crossed my mind! I was a (PR) and real happy doing it. But my Rate (PR) seemed to breed young sailors wanting to be SEALS. The number of PR's I saw come back from BUDS to be PR's again, and try again down the road was staggering. I think I recall maybe two tor three that made it in all my years.

I just don't know. I do know it does not fit the GOD awful gruesome bill they play it to be. So based on the "ONE" and others in DC that say they've see it, it does not fit the bill of OMG, The American people should never this, it’s too gruesome for their little brains to comprehend!

Seems like he's been playing the "it might offend those who already hate us" card more than the gruesome card lately...

I perhaps was less than clear. I saw my first SEAL, complete with Budweiser back before Wikipedia was even dreamed of .

As for those that DON'T ring the bell, they are by some reports less than 15% of the applicants. From what I understand it's not all a matter of them not being physically able but their "Mental Strength" that causes them to drop out.
