There are hundreds of thousands of shark lawyers out there. But no case, not even a weak one, to be made that a store/corporation is disarming patrons when the disallow carry on their property.

The disarming patrons part is just pro-gun rights advocate spin. Easily refuted. Holds no weight. Not worth anything except to rally other pro-gunners with.

Most doable thing is to gain ownership of the big companies and then pressure for change from inside. Buy 100 or 200million shares of WMT, get a seat on the board, then call Joe McQueen's boss and make the change--allow all OCers in all stores.

Thenhave 'em carry all calibers of ammo and have the counter staffed 24/7.

That'd work.
