The ACLU published a map showing that about 2/3 of the US population resides within 100 miles of an "exterior boundary" of the US, and are potentially (and incorrectly) subject to arbitrary searches and seizures by the CBP. If you take their logic to the next step, the US claims all airspace above it's territory to the edge of space. However, that edge of space is only about 50 to 60 miles (depending on what definition you want to use), doesn't this mean that the ENTIRE landmass of the US is within 100 miles of an "exterior boundary"? :)

Moot question. Although the fedgoons claim this-or-that, those claims are just for show--so people will think they are behaving in some sort of fashion somehow distantly related to the constitution. Its a game of how far can they stretch the argument without angering too many people into opposition.

Regarding borders, the fedgoons don't recognize them. They went to Italy and snatched somebody they claimed was a terrorist, and then turned him over to another country for torture. Italy recently asked for the extradition of the actual fedgoons involved, who are holed-up in Panama or something. The fedgoons aren't gonna turn them over.

Can anybody recall the Langley shooter from back in the 1990's? Some Pakistani guy shot up a buncha cars waiting in a left turn lane outside Langley. Then he made it onto a plane and off to Pakistan. The fedgoons went there and got him.

The Coast Guard stops ships on the high seas in international waters.

Most recently, the fedgoons have been demanding Russia hand over Snowden--demanding Russia violate international law because Snowden is in the transit zone of one of their airports. Separately, Snowden is not too keen on flying out of Russia to another country because he recalls what happened to the hijackers of a cruise ship years ago.

That ship was the Achille Lauro. When the hijackers boarded a plane and took off, US Navy fighters forced the plane down in another country.

The goons who claim to be our government don't recognize borders. Don't be misled by their pretending they do.

:) To me...the border is that tiny strip of land that is the actual boundary...this was more just a "what if"...
