The City of Atlanta and Fulton County are now being sued by two property owners (I'm not one of them), for failing to collect ad valorem tax from the Garden. This tax case will now be heard by the original Fulton County judge that heard the 2014 Georgia Carry v. Atlanta Botanical Garden case, at the request of the attorneys for the defendants.

I probably will not be surprised with how she rules, but maybe could be. I predict this may be another one of those that winds itself up through the higher courts.
