If they want it why should we pay for it? i dont mind it much but thats 25 i can buy a hooker with.

Possible Options:
#1 Fast on hookers for a couple of weeks.
#2 Get cheaper hookers and save the extra money to fund your BG checks.

In reality its just another way for FFL Dealers to make money off of their customers, plus the route they use to obtain the BG check may cost them so they charge you to make up the difference...
