Are there any?

I wouldn't have thought so from all that I have ever read.

Never been bothered at the Orleans, but I don't linger/loiter in the gambling or bar areas. I just go to and from the theater or bowling ally. To get to these facilities you have to walk a ways through the casino floor and never has my firearm instigated a panic of any kind. I assume that all business are friendly to open carry until they state otherwise and ask me to leave, which no business has ever done as of yet.

It is amazing how many people are shocked when I tell them that there is no law against carrying in a bar, bank or casino. For some reason people have been conditioned to believe that surely there must be a law against it.

Even if there were a sign, it means nothing other than to say:

"If you're armed we'll probably ask you to leave, that is unless your planning to gamble a lot of money then we'll ask you to leave after you've lost it all and have no more money to loose."

Unless the sign states an applicable N.R.S. you can ignore it and you will not be in violation of anything. If it does state an N.R.S. and that statute doesn't apply, you can also ignore it. For instance, the signs at the DMV, address concealed carry. therefore, it matters not what the sign says only the context of the statute it cites. If the sign says "no firearms," and the statute addresses only concealed carry, you can open carry without risk of arrest or prosecution. One thing to consider; this can be dangerous. there are armed security guards at the DMV and from observing and speaking with them, they seem to lack the mental capacity to be entrusted with a firearm. Say one of these jerk-offs over reacts, draws his firearm on you and fires. he may have been totally wrong for doing so and may face prosecution a civil liability for his actions, but that doesn't change the fact that you're probably now dead.

This seems so far beyond the realm of probability that it falls into the category of fear mongering - that which our opponents are so fond of doing. To say, "Well it could happen" is but a micro dot in the field of possibilities. Let's get real - has this ever happened? Once? I think it more likely the roof will collapse first.

What you are suggesting here is that a security guard seeing an OCer will, without further ado, preemptively take out an armed, legal citizen on the simple basis that he (security guard) sees a properly holstered handgun without the carrier doing anything overt.

There is much to be gained/learned by anticipating the possible reactions of others and rehearsing how one might respond to those situations. Having included and dismissed your premise as the most unlikely (.0000001%), I will move on.

I have been asked to leave just about every casino I have OC'd in. I have yet to find one that stated they were o.k. with me OC'ing. I have been asked to leave Wildfire on Sunset in Henderson also. One casino in downtown Henderson put up no gun signs just because I oc'd there to eat lunch.
