I didn't miss your point, I just don't agree with it. I am equally as disgusted as you are of the leftist agenda, and you're right that they use the very freedoms they're marginalizing at our expense. You're reaction that they should get their *** kicked by the cops is probably the exact reaction they want. Should I get my *** kicked by the cops for wearing an anti-obama t-shirt at the memorial?

I did not say these idiots needed to get their asses kicked by the USPP. They were on Federal property, and Federal property is subject to Federal regulations, which the USPP are charged with enforcing. The USPP and other Federal agencies have in fact developed a process whereby persons who wish to be symbolically arrested may do so by coming prepared to be arrested. These nutbars wanted to get thrown to the ground and pucnched in the kidneys with sap-gloves, so I say "may the Good Fairy what Sits in the Sky grant their ev'ry wish" (Taken from the parody "Bored of the Rings").

And, dear Brother OCer, may I remind you that if you wore an anti-Obama t-shirt to the Jefferson Memorial, it wouldn't be the Park Police who would attack you. It would be these very Dancing Fools who are so hot for "peace and love"; because actually they aren't. And when the Park Police came to rescue you from the mob (Which would be needful since your 2A rights aren't respected in DC even if the "arms" are fists [when used against Lefties]) how happy would you be to know that their response was delayed or ineffective for fear of once again being mis-construed as lawless goons by the enemies of our freedoms?

Funny. The only display of lawlessness so far has been the cops in the videos. And the only enemies of our freedom are the Constitution haters who keep posting vile anti 1A propaganda here.

What's hilarious is that the next video was "Face Off With A Deadly Predator!" with a picture of a large, black-furred seal poking his head up through a hole in the ice while baring his teeth. :banana:

So, the cop, while in uniform, made a clear, unmistakable threat to do bodily harm, not as a cop, but as a person.

Hmm... If I'm not mistaken, that's a misdemeanor in just about every municipality, county, and state in our country, is it not?

Why isn't this tape and the officer's nametag sitting on a DA's desktop somewhere with charges filed against him by the person who was threatened?

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The video recently emerged on YouTube, and now the NFTA has suspended an officer for an incident caught on camera. The NFTA believes it happened after a Thursday at the Square concert last year.

Wow. Two days... Man, that is so HARSH!

That's like... like... a WEEKEND, man! I hope he makes it through that deep, dark valley of despair.

They should have counselors waiting for him when he returns to work. He'll need it to make the readjustment from his non-incarceration back to the harsh realities of work!
