Is there no adult oversight to provide immediate remedial assistance when said 13yo umpire makes a bad call?

All the youngsters are learning how to play the GAME including umpiring. Just like the professionals winning a game based on a bad call.
The lesson here is that most adults are just grown-up children who cannot control their emotions.
